Our Chef

Composed of  lil' Martin Yan, a lil' Jacques Pepin and a whole lotta passion: Sheridan is one third of a dynamic, Vegas-loving business trio, which includes his wife, Jenny, and the original neighborhood casino, Eureka Casino.

Sheridan left a six figure salary career in the corporate "chef-fing" world (who told him that his small indy restaurant "would never make it"), and 8 years later, proudly owns 2 community focused restaurants and has also inspired many other chefs to go open their own businesses. Recently, he was honored by receiving a nomination from the prestigious James Beard Foundation in the category of *Best Chef*.

He has been featured on the Food Network, Las Vegas Review Journal, Las Vegas Weekly, The New York Times, San Francisco Chronicle, NPR, USA Today, Food & Wine Magazine, among many others.
